Visa Forms Download
Application forms for Indian Visas can be downloaded in PDF format using links provided on this page. The downloadable forms available on our site have been designed to print on A4 size paper (Width 21.0 cm Height 29.7 cm). You will require Acrobat Reader or other software capable of handling PDF files to open and print the downloaded files. Acrobat Reader can download free from the website at http:\\www.adobe.com. (CGI Birmingham cannot support technical or other issues concerning the Acrobat Reader.)

| Application to Visit Restricted Areas Visitors to restricted/protected areas need special permits and for this purpose an additional application form has to be completed. Please contact the Consulate General of India, Birmingham to find if any of the places you intend to visit fall in the category of restricted/protected areas. |
